Appointment Cancellation Policy
CANCELED & RESCHEDULED SERVICES: All appointments, including complimentary sessions, must be canceled 48 hours prior online. Failure will result in a 100% charge of the appointment. If you need to reschedule, cancel your appointment & rebook w/ new deposit. If you open a false claim for being charged for your canceled appt/Deposit less then 48hr you will be charged $300 for each case after i win. Same day & Late Pay $25. Clarify any health conditions you have PRIOR to booking or you could be turned away and still owe 100% of your appointment NO CALL NO SHOW: will result in a 100% charge of the appointment. LATE FEE: 10min - Late fee $50 will be applied for regular services (if available) & $150 for laser/HIFU services (if available) PAYMENT: ALL CLIENTS PREPAY ALL APPOINTMENTS VIA ZELLE. Deposits are non refundable. Before & After pictures are nonnegotiable IF YOU DO NOT WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER THE BATHROOM OR DID NOT SHOWER AND SMELL YOUR APPOINTMENT IS ENDED AND NO REFUNDS
Class Cancellation Policy
All Class appointments, including complimentary sessions, must be canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class appointment to avoid a 100% charge. If you need to reschedule, please cancel your class appointment and book a new one. Failure to notify us or attend a class without prior cancellation will result in a 100% charge. Additionally, a late fee of $150 will be applied if we are able to accommodate your late arrival. All deposits & payments are non refundable.
